Refunds & Returns
Refund policy
We want you to love the products you buy from us. If you change your mind, you may return the product to us and we will issue you with a store credit.
Where the product is deemed faulty or not fit for purpose (as per Australian Consumer Law) we accept exchanges and refunds on all full-priced orders.
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- You have contacted us within 14 days from receipt of goods
- Item/s are in brand new, unused, unwashed, original condition
- Tags are still attached
Return authorisation has been approved via email - Your return is accompanied by a completed Returns Form (which will be emailed to you)
Pinchpot Home reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
How to initiate a return
- Please email us at info@pinchpothome.com.au to authorise your return being sure to include your full name, order number, and reason for return.
- We will then provide you with an RAN (Return Authority Number) and a Returns Slip to complete and include in your return parcel.

Please note: We recommend ensuring your parcel is traceable and to keep a record of the tracking number as we cannot be held liable for any return parcels that may go missing in the post.
Refunds/Store Credits
Once your return parcel is received, inspected and approved we will then process your Refund via your original method of payment or issue a Store Credit. You will receive an email notification once your Refund/Store Credit has been processed.
Please note: Refund/Store Credit amounts will be issued excluding the original shipping cost. The Shipping Costs incurred for returning an item/s to us for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us (except in the case of a faulty or incorrect order).
Exchanges
Once your return parcel has been received, inspected and approved we will then send you your requested exchange item/s. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed and your exchange items have been dispatched.
If the total of your exchange order is of greater value than your returned item/s, you will be emailed a link to complete the balance of payment.
If the total of your exchange order is less than your returned item/s then we will refund the difference back to your original payment method.
Exemption for sale items
Sale items may not be returned for refund, only for exchange or store credit.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders
If your order was incomplete, incorrect, faulty or damaged please email us immediately at info@pinchpothome.com.au.
We ask that you please include photo/s of incorrect/damaged/faulty item/s for our reference. Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
We will take responsibility for any costs of returning incorrect/damaged/faulty item/s.
Shipping costs
The shipping costs incurred for returning an item/s to us for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us (except in the case of a faulty or incorrect order).
Refund timeframe
Once your refund has been processed by us, you will receive an email notification.
Credit card refunds may take 3 – 5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
Paypal refunds will be deposited straight back into the Paypal account used to place the order.
Afterpay refunds – Future installments owing will be canceled and any payments already made will be refunded back to you by Afterpay. Please allow 3 – 5 days to be processed.
